"Pretty good dinner, even if the service dragged a bit"
The food was actually good, so I can’t really complain too much. Our server did take a while to come around, which was a little frustrating, but overall it ended up being a decent dinner.

"So many dinner choices every night"
There were so many different things to choose from at dinner that I never really felt like I was eating the same thing over and over. Every night I’d go in thinking I’d just grab something simple, and then I’d end up wandering around looking at all the options because there was always something else that caught my eye. It kept meals interesting the whole time, which I really appreciated.

I went to Mohegan Sun finding a spot at first wasn’t too bad. The garage is huuuge, so there’s definitely parking, but leaving later was kind of a mess. It felt slow and a little confusing, and the signs really could be clearer. Not the worst parking situation ever, just not as smooth as I was hoping. I’d give it 3 stars...

I was relieved when I got there because the whole place just felt clean and well-kept. The rooms and floors were tidy, and I didn’t run into anything that bothered me. No complaints from me at all.

"I was relieved by how easy it was to get around"
I was a little worried Mohegan Sun would be confusing because it’s such a big place, but it ended up being way easier to navigate than I expected. The signs were clear, and after walking around for a few minutes, the layout started to make sense. We had no trouble getting between the casino, restaurants, and hotel area, and the staff were helpful when we had a quick question. I was relieved because it made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful.

"Really fun night at the blackjack tables"
I had a really good time playing blackjack here. The dealers were cool, the table had a nice pace, and the whole thing just felt easy in a way I appreciated. Cashing out was simple too. I don’t know, it was just one of those nights that left me feeling great. I’d definitely go back

"A Little Slot Hunt That Was Hit or Miss"
I stopped by hoping to check out the slot situation and maybe settle into a machine I had in mind. At first it seemed straightforward, but once I started looking around, it got a little confusing figuring out what was actually available. A few of the machines I wanted were already taken, so I ended up wandering a bit and trying others instead. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just more of a guessing game than I expected. I’d definitely appreciate an easier way to tell what’s open before getting my hopes up

"Worth it right away"
My snap judgment after booking was that the price seemed fair, especially since we got in early. A few things once you're inside are definitely on the pricey side, but overall, I felt like we got solid value for what we paid.

"I stayed here for one night..."
I stayed here for one night the room was fine overall, but I got annoyed quickly when I noticed the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. There was some hair and dust in the corners, which just feels like something that should be handled before a guest checks in. The bed seemed clean, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but for the price, I expected better. I don’t really have much patience for basic cleaning being missed.

I’ve used mohegansun.com a handful of times now, it’s felt safe to me. Logging in was smooth, the pages seemed secure, and I never really got that uneasy feeling when entering my info. I also got the emails I expected when I needed them, which helped it feel legit... not sketchy. Compared to a few other casino sites I’ve tried, this one was easy to trust!

"Clean, comfy room with the basics covered"
It was a nice stay overall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and we had what we needed, which is really all I was hoping for. I always appreciate having a mini fridge, so that was a nice little bonus, and the bathroom was surprisingly big, which made getting ready feel less cramped. The TV worked fine too, no issues there. The only thing that kept it from being a full 5 stars for me was the pillows, they just weren’t great. Not terrible, but definitely could’ve been better. Still, I’d stay again.

"Deals showed up quicker than I expected"
I only hopped on to look because I was trying to justify a last-minute trip, and the promo deals for rooms and food popped up fast. I ended up saving more than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise.

I stayed at Mohegan Sun for just one night , and the room was really comfortable . The bed felt great , the pillows were soft , and it was quiet enough that I actually slept really well . I’d definitely stay there again .

"Fair payouts, but they drag their feet"
The payouts are fair enough, I’ll give them that, but the wait is seriously frustrating. It feels like they could speed things up if they actually cared instead of making customers sit around wondering when their money will show up.

"Accessibility was actually easy here"
I went to Mohegan Sun with my dad who uses a wheelchair and it was way easier than I expected. Parking was simple ramps and elevators were easy to spot and the accessible seating was not a hassle at all. The staff were normal about it too they helped when we asked and didn’t make a big thing out of it.
The room worked out really well for him especially the shower and the extra space around the bed. We’ve stayed at places where “accessible” really just means barely usable but this actually felt planned out. I’d definitely go back.

"Quick and Easy to Use"
I was kind of in a rush when I went on mohegansun.com to check rooms and event info, so I was glad it was easy to figure out. The pages loaded fast, the menus were straightforward, and I didn’t have to waste time digging around for what I needed. The booking section was clear too. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I don’t really have any complaints
